Broadway Summer Picnic Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Broadway Food Co., 20 Broadway, Papakura, Auckland, New Zealand, on behalf of participating Broadway eateries and The Beer Spot (collectively referred to as “the Promoter”).
Eligibility
Entry is open to New Zealand residents of all ages.
Employees of Broadway Food Co., participating eateries, and The Beer Spot, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
Where an entrant or prize winner is under 18 years of age, additional conditions apply (see Alcohol & Collection Conditions below).
Entry Period
Entries open Thursday 29 January 2026
Entries close Saturday 28 February 2026
Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
This is a dual-entry giveaway, with entries accepted both on-site and via social media.
On-site entry:
Spend $12 or more per transaction at any participating Broadway eatery or The Beer Spot during the promotional period.
Complete an entry form provided at the time of purchase and place it into the designated entry box.
Social media entry:
Follow @broadwayfoodco on Instagram.
Comment on the official giveaway post as instructed.
Social media entries are free and do not require a purchase.
Multiple entries are permitted across both entry methods. All valid entries will be combined into one draw.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive the Broadway Summer Picnic Prize, which includes:
Vouchers from participating Broadway eateries; and
Two (2) takeaway beverages from The Beer Spot.
Important prize conditions:
Voucher values vary by eatery.
Voucher expiry dates vary by eatery and The Beer Spot and will be stated on each individual voucher.
Vouchers must be redeemed in accordance with the conditions specified by each participating business.
The prize is not redeemable for cash, not transferable, and not exchangeable.
Alcohol & Collection Conditions
The Beer Spot is a licensed tavern.
Any person under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their legal guardian while on the premises, including for the collection of prizes.
If the prize winner is under 18, the two (2) beverages from The Beer Spot will be substituted with non-alcoholic or soft drink options of equal value.
The Promoter and The Beer Spot reserve the right to request proof of age and/or guardian supervision at the time of prize collection.
All alcohol service and access to licensed areas will be managed in accordance with New Zealand licensing laws.
Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries after the giveaway closes.
The winner will be contacted using the details provided at entry:
Via Instagram direct message for social media entries; or
Via phone and/or email for on-site entries.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the first contact attempt, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize and select a new winner.
Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner (or legal guardian, where applicable) agrees to their first name and/or social media handle being used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion, contacting the winner, and (where consent has been given) for marketing communications from Broadway Food Co.
All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook or Instagram).
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
